During the trial run, to check the ball mill bearing seal heating, lubricating oil temperature pressure, temperature is best controlled between 40-50℃, if there is abnormal, immediately stop cooling; After the operation, check the distribution of force between the size of the gear, should be greater than 70%. When running empty, if the lubricating oil system works normally and no oil leakage occurs, the ball mill runs smoothly and without obvious noise, the vibration value of main bearing, motor and pinion does not exceed 0.1mm, and there is no obvious damage and hot phenomenon of each part, then the running of empty car is normal. 4, ball mill with load test According to the ratio of the ball mill, a certain amount of steel balls are added to the cylinder body of the ball mill, and the steel balls are added in batches. In the process of operation, bearing temperature, current, and vibration intensity are measured. After the ball mill is installed, start to run with load, add 70% of the specified load into the mill materials, continue to run for more than 10 hours, during the process to tighten the ball mill inner thread joint and check the thread connection place frequently to prevent loosening.
